During the boat trip, please remain seated and avoid moving around, as shifting weight can affect the boat's balance. Being aware of this helps protect both you and your fellow travelers.
The boat trip will not take place when winds are too strong, as high waves can create unsafe conditions. The safety of our clients is always our top priority.
In case of storms or strong winds, the boat captain and guide will determine if it is safe to continue. If the trip must be canceled due to weather conditions, no refund will be provided; however, we will arrange a suitable alternative experience whenever possible.
